GDPR — Data Subject Rights

TelcoWise s.r.o. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This page explains your rights as a data subject and how to exercise them.
Your Rights Under GDPR
Right of Access (Art. 15)
You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and, if so, obtain a copy together with information on the purpose, categories, recipients, retention period, and your rights.
Right to Rectification (Art. 16)
You may request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.
Right to Erasure — "Right to be Forgotten" (Art. 17)
You may request erasure of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose collected, you withdraw consent, you object and there are no overriding grounds, or it was processed unlawfully. This right does not apply where processing is necessary for legal obligations or legal claims.
Right to Restriction (Art. 18)
You may request restricted processing while accuracy is verified, if processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure, we no longer need the data but you need it for legal claims, or you have objected pending verification of overriding grounds.
Right to Data Portability (Art. 20)
You may receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out automatically.
Right to Object (Art. 21)
You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling. We will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests. You may always object to direct marketing; we will immediately stop using your data for that purpose.
Right to Withdraw Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
